Jetstream shed its flesh so it could quickly dodge Jotaro to get his food but was stopped by a quick attack from Echoes. Jotaro caught Jetstream because he was worried the Pokemon had injured himself but Jetstream grew his flesh back quickly like all Veluza. Jetstream has a habit of knocking things over and scattering things around which has led to several accidents, including Jotaro losing his journal.
