Named because she keeps flipping circles in the air. Flip is an energetic Pokemon who is capable of great mischief. She loves both pranks and games and flashing her various spots. She is unaware that her spots can give people massive headaches if she flashes them in certain patterns. Typically battling or playing along is the fastest way to get her to chill out.
