The first Pokemon Jotaro encountered in Mesagoza. Tsubaki attacked him while climbing the stairs. Jotaro caught her because he didn't know some Pokemon could come in different colours (aside from shinies). A rather odd bird who likes to scatter things whenever they're in front of her.
