A Pokemon that Sybill the Type:Null predicted Jotaro would catch. Jotaro caught this Pokemon largely so he could breed a Helioptile with a hidden ability for Emporio. Frills is a cheeky Pokemon who spends whatever time she isn't napping playing pranks. Happy to eat any source of electricity.
