A Mantine that followed Jotaro for six hours while travelling. He initially got into an argument with Star Platinum about humans in the territory of the Mantine but relented after SP explained they were transporting an injured Dibra. Despite their initial meeting, Mobula enjoys Star Platinum's company the best and decided to travel with Jotaro in order to get to know him better.
