Jotaro caught Navy on Christmas Day while fishing. The Seadra was quick to try and flee but was ensnared by Kakoyin the Ariados' web and caught before she could do so. Navy is timid and hesitant to fight but she is reliable in a pinch. She is named for the navy spot on her tail.
