Heter (short for Heterocongrinae) is a relaxed Wiglett Jotaro got from the Pelagic Gym as a token. She often takes naps but does so because it conserves her power. Heter is happy to go for days at a time without sleep or food if need be, though thankfully Jotaro hasn't had a need for her to do so just yet.
